Today we will discuss about Nasi campur bali, where rice mix balinese bali is very popular in this island, especially among foreign tourists,where the contents of this mixed rice is very diverse,

Nasi campur is a typical Indonesian cuisine. This food consists of white rice served with a variety of side dishes. Side dish used is fried sambal, abon, serundeng, fried tofu, fried fish, eggs and others. Depending on the stalls or restaurants that serve it mixed rice can have its own variations. These dishes are also often sold in paper wrappers or banana leaves.

Balinese rice recipe:

Duration: 90 minutes
For 4 servings

material
800g of white rice
Sate wrapped
Sambal matah


Urine ingredients

Chicken ingredients :
½ chicken, cut into pieces
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp sugar
1 lbr bay leaves
1 lemongrass, take the whiteness, crush
Finely ground chicken
7 cloves of red onion
4 cloves garlic
1 cm kencur
2 cm galangal
3 grains of pecan, roasted
1 cm turmeric, roasted
3 large red peppers
5 pieces of red curly pink

Chilli spice (puree)
7 cloves of red onion, fried
4 cloves of garlic, fried
3 pieces of red chilli, fried
3 pieces of rawite, fried
1 tomato, cut into pieces and then fried
½ tsp paste, fried
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp sugar
1 teaspoon lime juice

How to make
1. Urap: mix steamed coconut with spices urab and then stir until blended.
2. After mixed then mix the steamed coconut with vegetables urab stir until blended, then add the fried onion and stir back until evenly.
3. Chicken pelalah: smooth puree for chicken, after finely then coat the chicken with spices mixed with fine salt, sugar, bay leaves and lemon grass. Let stand for 30 minutes.
4. After that chicken oven for 50 minutes with temperature 180 ° c / until cooked. Chill. Coarse chickens.
5. After the chicken stir well mix with chili sauce.
6. Serve the rice with sate wrap, urap, sambal matah and chicken pelalah.
