Balinese rice recipe:

3. Chicken pelalah: smooth puree

salt, sugar, bay leaves and lemon grass. Let stand for 30 minutes.
4. After that chicken oven for 50
minutes with temperature 180 ° c / until cooked. Chill. Coarse chickens.
5. After the chicken stir well mix
with chili sauce.
6. Serve the rice with sate wrap,
urap, sambal matah and chicken pelalah.
